Chef and B Manager

Chef & B Manager CULINARY LEADERS — THIS IS MORE THAN YOUR NEXT JOB. IT COULD BE YOUR NEXT STEP TO EXECUTIVE CHEF or F&B MANAGER. We’re hiring for a Chef & B to lead daily front and back of house F&B operations while working alongside an experienced Executive Chef as part of a planned succession strategy. Why this role stands out: This position is designed to develop into an Executive Chef or similar senior culinary leadership role as our current Chef transitions into retirement. We’re looking for:

• 4+ years of culinary/F&B leadership experience
• Strong restaurant and culinary operations background
• Experience with team development, budgets, labor & cost controls
• Hotel experience is a plus!

• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Arizona Title 4 Manager Alcohol Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient literacy to read product labels, recipes, and operational documents, and effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
