Looking for an experienced, people focused, and customer-centric individual for a Medical Receptionist position with our busy multi-disciplinary clinic in Lacey, WA. Our clinic is fast paced and sees a high volume of patients daily.
The hours for this position are fixed as:
Monday 6:45 am-5:00 pm
Tuesday 6:45 am-5:30 pm
Thursday 9:30 am-6:00 pm
Friday 6:45am- 12:00pm
Duties that you would be responsible for are:
*Checking patients in/out of the office
*Collecting documentation from patients
*Collecting payment from patients
*Scheduling appointments
*Opening/Closing the office
*Reminding patients of upcoming appointments
*Scanning documents into patient files
Skills that we are looking for:
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in a medical practice
- Experience in chiropractic clinic (preferred)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (ChiroTouch preferred)
