Position Details: Location - Marlborough, MA Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities As a Medical Assistant at Novella Infusion, you'll be an essential part of the patient experience, ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional care: Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate personnel. Referrals: Manage patient referrals to specialists, coordinate follow-ups, and keep patients informed. Inventory Management: Monitor medical and office supplies, place orders, and ensure proper storage. Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out, verify insurance, and collect payments. EMR Maintenance: Accurately document findings, appointments, and updates in the electronic medical record system. Lab Work: Prepare and process lab samples, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Skills We Value Organized Multitasker: Handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
