Requirements
The RoleWe are hiring a Junior Creative Strategist — not just a designer.
This role blends:
- Performance creative
- Data interpretation
- Structured testing
- Catalog-driven advertising
- Client collaboration
You will work on paid social creative for fast-growing D2C brands — building and iterating catalog ads that directly impact revenue.
This is not a “make it look pretty” job.
This is a “make it convert” job.
You will:
- Build DPA templates that scale across product feeds
- Analyze performance data to identify creative winners
- Help structure testing frameworks
- Learn how creative decisions influence ROAS
- Collaborate directly with CSMs, strategists, and clients
You’ll see your work in market — and you’ll see the revenue it drives.
