Licensed Health Insurance Agent – ACA Sales

Location: Boca Raton, FL | In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Compensation: $5,500–$8,000 per month based on performance
Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor

About the Opportunity

Afterlife Financial is hiring Health Insurance Agents to join our growing ACA sales team in Boca Raton.

This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, are comfortable communicating by phone, and want to build a career in health insurance sales. Agents receive company-provided leads, structured training, and ongoing support from an experienced management team.

Licensed health insurance agents with current FFM certification are strongly encouraged to apply. We also provide licensing support and training for qualified candidates who are interested in entering the industry.

Compensation

• $500 weekly draw during the ramp-up period
• Uncapped commission on eligible ACA enrollments
• Performance-based weekly bonuses and incentives
• Additional opportunities for increased earnings based on production
• 1099 independent contractor position

Full compensation details, including draw and commission structure, will be reviewed during the interview process.

What You'll Do

• Work with company-provided ACA leads and inbound opportunities
• Speak with prospective members about their health insurance needs
• Review available Marketplace health insurance options
• Assist consumers with eligibility, subsidies, plan selection, and enrollment
• Maintain accurate client and enrollment information
• Follow up with members to support retention and customer satisfaction
• Meet established activity, quality, compliance, and enrollment goals
• Follow applicable CMS, Marketplace, carrier, and company guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Active Health Insurance License preferred
• Current FFM certification preferred
• Previous insurance, customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus
• Professional and confident phone communication
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent
• Ability to commute to our Boca Raton office Monday through Friday

Candidates who are not currently licensed may be considered based on experience and qualifications. Licensing and training support may be available.
