- Trash pick-up every morning and grounds walk.

- Daily cleaning of trash and dumpster area.

- Walk all grounds daily for large and small debris removal.

- Walk hallways and common areas for trash collection.

- Remove unauthorized items from hallways and take them to the main office.

- P Take out trash in all common areas, offices, and the clubhouse

- Clean clubhouses, offices, apartments, and other common areas.

- Pull weeds, rake leaves, and water any flowers and the grounds as needed.

- Sweep sidewalks and curbs at least once a week.

- Check hall lights weekly. Replace any burned-out bulbs as needed.

- Check all bandit signs daily. Straighten and adjust for best visibility.

- Deliver newsletters and flyers for the office by 3:00 PM.

- Check and clean handrails weekly.

- Power-wash stairwells twice a year.

- Vacuum pool (if applicable).

- Shovel snow and assist with snow removal as needed. (if applicable)

- Support maintenance staff with repairs and painting tasks as requested.

- Work hours: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 3 PM.

What You Bring to Us:

• Must have personal/reliable transportation to get to work
• Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to lift 40lb, perform pushing, pulling, and climbing activities

$16 - $20 USD
