E-Commerce Operations ManagerThe E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of the business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company continues to grow. This role requires deep knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, strong operational judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily e-commerce operations across all sales channels, with primary focus on Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)Manage and optimize Amazon listings, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment processes (FBA and FBM)Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policiesTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, shipments, and customer experienceCoordinate workflows between internal teams including customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and marketingDevelop, document, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errorsAnalyze sales, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesEnsure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategiesManage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and on-time deliveryAct as the main point of contact for operational decision-making and executionSupport new product launches from an operational standpointMaintain organization and accountability across all operational workflowsQualifications:5–7 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with significant exposure to Amazon operationsDeep, practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor CentralStrong understanding of FBA, FBM, inventory management, and Amazon compliance requirementsProven ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to problem-solve quickly and make sound operational decisionsComfortable working full time in an in-office setting in BrooklynStrong communication and coordination skillsExperience managing workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaborationLocation: Brooklyn, NYType: Full timeCompensation: $100,000k - $130,000k/year
