Role Description The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This position supports day-to-day marketing activities by coordinating campaign calendars, maintaining marketing assets, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and helping optimize processes for email, social media, events, and partnerships. The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to align messaging, manage project timelines, and support product launches and brand storytelling. Additional responsibilities include organizing marketing files, assisting with vendor and agency communication, and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing workflows and tools. Qualifications Strong Marketing Operations skills, including campaign coordination, process optimization, and familiarity with marketing tools or platforms. Solid Analytical Skills to track KPIs, interpret data, and present clear insights that inform marketing decisions. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams and represent the brand consistently. Reliable Project Management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule. Basic understanding of Sales support, such as aligning marketing activities with retail and wholesale objectives. High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in maintaining assets, calendars, and documentation. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced luxury or consumer brand environment; prior experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods is a plus. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management software).
