Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented team member to support day-to-day marketing operations, administrative tasks, and ongoing business projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in operations, marketing, and business support. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating marketing projects, operational initiatives, and daily business activities. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, document organization, and special projects. Maintain spreadsheets, reports, project trackers, and internal documentation. Communicate with vendors, dealers, freelancers, and other external partners to support ongoing projects. Assist with social media content creation, photography, video content, post scheduling, and content organization across various platforms. Support website updates, content management, SEO-related projects, and digital marketing initiatives. Help coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on project deadlines. Utilize Google Workspace, Excel, AI tools, and other business software to support daily operations. Assist with multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Interest in marketing, operations, project coordination, or business administration. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms is a plus. Experience with SEO, website management, Shopify, WordPress, or digital marketing is a plus but not required. Previous internship, administrative, marketing, customer service, or coordinator experience is helpful but not required. Pay: From $150.00 per day Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
