About the Role

The Marketing and Operations Specialist will own activation across owned and paid channels, bringing our physicians, HCPs, and aesthetic treatments to life through multi-channel marketing plans, while keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly.

This is a high visibility role for a candidate who moves seamlessly between creative work, relationship management, customer service, and business strategy, leading marketing efforts across both Marmur Medical and MM Skincare. The right candidate will elevate the clinic brand and reputation through creativity, consistency, and precision, staying in regular alignment to ensure every marketing touchpoint ladders up to broader business goals for the aesthetic practice and skincare line.

Responsibilities

Clinic Marketing

• Support the development and activation of the annual marketing plan and clinic growth strategies for Marmur Medical and MM Skincare

• Execute Integrated campaigns across owned marketing channels including; email, SMS, organic social, websites, signage, and in-clinic events

• Integrate local priorities, promotions, seasonal moments, and new treatment launches into campaign plans (i.e. Spring, BFCM, etc)

• Act as a brand steward for Marmur Medical, ensuring that creative and written assets reflect the brand visual identity and positioning to ensure high-quality

• Serve as the central point of coordination between the marketing team and PR team and support influencer and partnership outreach as directed

• Lead the rollout of new treatment launches, devices, or innovation in collaboration with the Clinic Manager

• Maintain up-to-date clinic assets, including signage, website updates, and clinic promotions.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Account Management: Assist in with Social Media management for 3 accounts including Marmur Medical, MM Skincare Dr. Ellen Marmur’s personal instagram account

• Community Management: Conduct daily engagement across all profiles, including interacting with patient content, partner accounts, and industry conversations to grow brand visibility and foster a sense of community beyond owned feeds

• Content Production: Support the Social Media Agency with on-site content capture and activation of social media plan and content calendar (Inclusive of Weekly Activation + Quarterly Content Shoots)

• Identify and escalate patient-related inquiries or sensitive comments in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and practice policies

Product & Business Development

• Support new product development initiatives for MMSkincare, from concept through launch

• Maintain, foster and grow existing B2B partner relationships and identify, evaluate and execute local B2B partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations for their potential value.

• Prepare and deliver monthly sales-performance and KPI reporting using the consolidated spreadsheet (covering Shopify, office sales, platform performance, promotions, and high-level expenses)

Operations & Customer Service

• Support the clinic manager with backend business operations to ensure a best-in class patient journey

• Respond, resolve & track customer service inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Monitor MMSkincare sales performance and to ensure the business is meeting monthly and annual financial goals and KPIs

• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 2-3 years prior marketing experience (agency, brand, or in-house)

• Excellent written communication and copywriting ability; strong command of brand voice and tone.

• Demonstrated proficiency with social media management, community management, and content creation

• Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.

• Experience using native platform analytics and/or tools such as HubSpot Social, Sprout Social, Later, or similar.

• Familiarity with HIPAA considerations as they apply to social media and patient content.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously (creative, operational and financial)

• Collaborative and professional, with strong interpersonal skills for working alongside HCPs, physicians and clinical staff

• Culturally aware and trend-savvy; actively monitors emerging trends both in popular culture and within the dermatology and medical aesthetics space to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and resonant.

• Self-motivated and reliable; able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.

• Based in or able to work from New York City

• Bonus: experience in skincare, beauty, or the medical/aesthetics industry
