This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for a cutting-edge technology company and make a real impact in the cybersecurity and IT solutions space. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the IT and cybersecurity market Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver compelling product presentations and proposals Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or cybersecurity sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity products, or managed services Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred About Us Sequretek Inc is an innovative cybersecurity and IT solutions company dedicated to helping businesses protect and optimize their digital environments.
