Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions with clients to assess their mental health and develop tailored treatment plans addressing substance use disorders and trauma.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with medical necessity and program entry requirements.

• Monitor clients' situations and conduct follow-up consultations to track their improvement and ensure consistent support.

• Research, refer, and advocate for relevant community resources including food assistance, childcare, and medical services to enhance clients’ overall well-being.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations such as child abuse or severe mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.

• Contribute to the organization by undertaking additional related tasks, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals struggling with substance use disorders as well as those dealing with trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
