Sales Enablement Specialist

As a full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist, the candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs that bridge project implementation and customer success, ensuring users master workflows through tailored, scenario-based learning experiences. Key responsibilities Deliver live and virtual instructor-led training sessions tailored to end-user and admin-level audiences, adjusting facilitation based on learner engagement Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional content, transforming complex workflows into practical learning activities and materials Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams Required qualifications Experience in delivering instructor-led training and developing educational content, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Salesforce-based platforms or similar systems Ability to apply adult learning principles and a learner-centered approach in training delivery Proven track record of managing multiple training engagements and collaborating cross-functionally Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in training and education practices
