Collaborative Delivery Lead - Water/Wastewater Preconstruction

PC Construction is seeking a Collaborative Delivery Director to lead preconstruction efforts for major water and wastewater projects, guiding design development through design-build and CMAR lifecycles.
This role coordinates engineering design disciplines with estimating, operations and purchasing teams, and requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years in water/wastewater design development.
