Office Coordinator

EPITEC

Location: fully onsite for 6 weeks, potentially longer.

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Support Specialist to provide short-term onsite support within a healthcare/medical environment. This role will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, inventory management, and administrative support to ensure smooth workflow across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking inventory, requests, and operational data
  • Support medical supply and healthcare operations , including organizing, distributing, and replenishing supplies
  • Manage stockrooms and supply areas , ensuring materials are properly stored, tracked, and restocked
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering and requisition tracking
  • Assist with mail distribution and internal deliveries
  • Answer and route incoming calls; provide front-line customer service support
  • Process and track requisitions and supply requests
  • Coordinate basic logistics and inventory tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support daily operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
  • Experience with inventory, stockroom, or supply management preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting healthcare, medical, or supply chain environments is a plus
