The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $18.56/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities: A transitional pharmacy position responsible for assisting the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy operation. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records. Supports federal requirements for receiving, storing, ordering, labeling, dispensing, reverse distribution, take-back programs and loss/theft of controlled and non-controlled substances. Assist in the management of medication storage and distribution through automated dispensing machines. Provide excellence in customer service. Demonstrate the core values of the organization.
