Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Lead Assembly Technician for the SPARC project on the 2nd shift. You will oversee technicians, coordinate daily assembly tasks, and ensure safe, high-quality completion of large-scale components such as coils and vacuum vessels. The role requires 7+ years in technical assembly, 2–3 years leading teams, and experience with lifting operations and joining methods. 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift with $32–$52/hr plus 10% shift differential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
