Sr Manager IDM

Sr Manager Identity Management We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our identity and access management (IAM) initiatives across the organization. The role will orchestrate identity lifecycle, MFA strategies, digital identity roadmaps, and compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital identities for employees, contractors, and partners. Lead strategy, deployment, and management of multi‑factor authentication (MFA) for critical systems. Develop and execute the digital identity roadmap, including federation, single sign‑on (SSO), privileged access management, and adaptive authentication. Manage and mentor a team of IAM professionals. Ensure IAM processes meet regulatory requirements and audit standards, and proactively mitigate identity‑related security risks. Serve as subject‑matter expert with business units, IT, security, HR, and vendors to deliver effective IAM solutions. Stay current with IAM trends and technologies, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve security and user experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strategic thinking and vision‑setting Technical proficiency in IAM platforms and tools Change management and team leadership Problem‑solving and analytical skills Business acumen and customer focus Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4 years) 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus.
