Customer Service Rep

Our client is a glass fabrication and distribution company serving commercial and residential customers in the Indianapolis area. They specialize in high-quality glass products, precise fabrication, and reliable delivery services. Customer Service Rep Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Coordinate daily shipping routes and prepare accurate delivery manifests
- Support customer service functions including quoting, order entry, and order tracking
- Act as a liaison between office, shop operations, and delivery teams
- Assist with general office tasks (filing, inventory, communication)
- Provide backup support in shop operations when needed
Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn A+W software
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to cross-train in multiple roles
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
