Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by originating and executing Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions for Mid Cap and SME clients.
- Manage and deepen client relationships, proactively identifying working capital needs and structuring customized transaction banking solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and Operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and service execution.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new-to-bank clients and increase wallet share of the existing portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, pitch presentations, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal risk management policies.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in transaction banking sales, with specialized knowledge in Cash Management and Trade Finance products.
- Strong understanding of the Mid Cap and SME business landscape, including working capital cycles and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
