Loan Documentation Specialist

Job Description Job Description Note: The position is Onsite ( No Work from Home ). Position Details: Position:LoanDocumentation Specialist Industry: Banking/Financial Services Job duration: 6months(Possible Extension) Location: Minneapolis, MN 55408 ( Onsite - No Work from Home ) Shift: Mon - Fri (8 AM - 5 PM) Pay Rate: Negotiable Roles and Responsibilities: Support in performing a variety ofloandocumentation duties on moderately complexloans to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures forloanproducts. Performloandocumentation for moderately complexloans. Process and close forloanproducts. InterpretLoanDocumentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, anddocumentation, ordering all required verifications,documentation, and subsequent follow-ups. Receive direction from theLoanDocumentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Manage an assigned pipeline ofloans and provide guidance and training to otherLoanDocumentation individuals. Interact with the immediateLoanDocumentation team and functional area on the routine process. Required Skills: Reviewdocuments to see if we have sufficient docs to verify the Insurance. It is a Production Based Environment. Experience in Mortgage/Insurance would be nice to have. Financial / Legaldocuments reviewing experience.
