Senior Product Owner, Revenue Management

Senior Product Owner role responsible for end-to-end ownership of revenue management technology at Baxter, supporting Channel/Indirect Sales Operations. The position ensures accurate, compliant execution of pricing, contracting, rebates, and chargebacks while balancing innovation with operational stability in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and support revenue management solutions for Channel Operations, ensuring platform reliability
- Partner with Channel Operations teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Lead intake, prioritization, and delivery of revenue management enhancements and improvements
- Ensure platforms meet SOX, audit, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and act as escalation point for complex system and process issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years supporting revenue and margin management processes
- Hands-on experience with revenue management platforms like Model N
- Deep knowledge of pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and gross-to-net processes
- Experience in public, regulated environments with SOX and audit requirements
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methods
- Strong business acumen in medical technology industry
Compensation: $152,000 to $209,000 annually
