Benefits & Payroll Specialist — HR Ops & Compliance

The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate execution of benefits and payroll support across HR functions. This role serves as a key connector between employees, vendors, finance, and the HR team. You will administer benefits programs, coordinate open enrollment, support payroll activities, maintain accurate data, and assist with compliance including ACA and COBRA.
