Multistate Payroll & HR Specialist — Paylocity Expert

TPI in Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll using Paylocity and maintain payroll records. The role also supports benefits administration, FMLA, onboarding, and employee communications. You will assist employees across multiple states, ensure wage/hour compliance, and respond to payroll questions.
