Role Description
As a Senior Solutions Architect, AI-Native SDLC, you will make Upsun Dispatch real inside our most important customers. Your job is to understand how customers ship today, design workflows and architecture that fit their environment rather than an idealized one, and prove it with working implementations.
- Own the technical relationship across the full arc, before signature and after it.
- Understand the customer's reality: branching strategy, review culture, security reviewers, and existing systems.
- This is a founding role in a young product line; your architecture becomes the pattern we ship to every account.
- Be close to the first deployments for learning and shift towards patterns that let others deploy as delivery capability builds out.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial time in customer-facing architecture.
- Experience in solutions architecture, principal or lead pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or professional services.
- Hands-on experience with coding and familiarity with at least one ecosystem: PHP and Symfony, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Real fluency in Git workflows, CI/CD, testing strategy, code review practice, and release management.
- Competence in cloud infrastructure, containers, and production realities.
- Experience building with AI agents and understanding governance, audit, and cost control in agentic systems.
- Strong ability to anchor technical conversations in business outcomes.
- Good executive presence and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills for architecture documents and briefs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build and revise first versions of products.

- Handle security questionnaires, architecture reviews, compliance questions, and RFP inputs.
- Deliver technical workshops and executive briefings tailored to the audience.
