This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, prioritize safety, and are committed to producing quality products.What You'll DoAs a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:Loading blades into production equipmentMonitoring machine operations and production flowScooping and handling finished productPerforming block inspections and quality checksMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing safety, quality, and production proceduresSupporting continuous production goals and uptime expectationsWorking collaboratively with team members to meet operational targetsSchedule12-hour shiftsTwo paid 15-minute breaksOne unpaid 30-minute lunchStructural overtime is required as part of the established shift scheduleRequired QualificationsAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresAbility to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to understand and communicate in EnglishPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)Associates are required to wear:Steel-toe/safety shoes (must provide your own)Safety glassesEar plugsGlovesFace mask (when required)Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, and masks will be provided.
