Job Details:

• Location: Garrison, North Dakota
• Shift: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS Certification; must hold a valid license to submit
• Experience: At least 2 years of LTC experience required
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS Certification; License to Submit; minimum 2 years of LTC experience; no clinical involvement specified; location in North Dakota preferred; shift schedule of 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours weekly; start date: 06/29/2026
• Additional Information: Every other major holiday required. RTO requested upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract); additional RTO not permissible.
• Clinical Duties: Assume charge nurse responsibilities, pass medications, perform wound care.
• Setting and Equipment: Long Term Care facility with no tele monitors on the unit; oxygen concentrators available.
• Staffing and Schedule: No self-scheduling or blocked schedules; orientation period of 2-3 shifts.
• Dress Code: Must be clean and presentable.
