Customer Service Representative
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Customer Service Representative in Portland, Oregon to handle inbound and outbound customer communications, resolve service requests, and manage patient test result notifications. The role operates Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with potential overtime and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and internet-based requests
- Resolve routine customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Notify clients of test results accurately and timely
- Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for medical records and CRM data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred
