Lead Salesforce Technical Architect

Salary: $124,700 - 218,200 per year Requirements:

• Significant background as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Salesforce Architect in a complex enterprise setting
• Strong practical expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across configuration, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, security, reporting, and integrations
• Experience defining and enforcing architecture standards, solution patterns, naming conventions, release guidelines, and documentation practices
• Experience mentoring and guiding Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, vendors, and distributed delivery teams
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing architecture, profiles, permission sets, roles, data integrity, and platform performance considerations
• Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, event-driven approaches, or platforms such as MuleSoft
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, environment handling, release processes, deployment tooling, and change control
• Ability to assess technical proposals, challenge design decisions, and ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and aligned to platform standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs in business language
• Experience partnering with delivery leads, product owners, business analysts, and QA/UAT stakeholders to support reliable solution delivery
• Ability to identify technical debt, evaluate platform risk, and help prioritize modernization work
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are a plus
• Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CRMA, Tableau, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or related Salesforce ecosystem tools is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus
• Experience in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, DevOps practices, SDLC governance, and enterprise change management is a plus
• Experience working with onshore, offshore, nearshore, and vendor delivery models is a plus
• Experience supporting workflow modernization, document management, portals, data standardization, or business process automation is a plus

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture guidance for our Salesforce ecosystem
• Partner with business stakeholders, platform leadership, administrators, developers, and enterprise technology teams to design scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce solutions
• Help shape and maintain the technical roadmap for our Salesforce platform
• Oversee architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and related capabilities
• Establish technical standards and guide solution design across the platform
• Review configuration and code approaches to ensure quality and consistency
• Support DevOps and release management practices
• Help ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs and enterprise technology standards
• Act as both a strategic architecture partner and a hands-on technical leader
• Challenge assumptions, guide technical teams, and mentor administrators and developers
• Bring structure, governance, and delivery discipline to a complex Salesforce environment
