ProSidian seeks a GIS Analyst for program support on a contract basis. The role is located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.

The candidate should have relevant experience in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector. This is a contract position, but ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time employed position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Planning, Permitting, and Project Management (GIS Analyst) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County and across the South East Region.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain and update geospatial utility data for planning, design, and operations support.
• Develop mapping products and conduct spatial analysis for infrastructure decisions.
• Integrate GIS with asset management and modeling systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or Engineering; GISP certification preferred.
• 35 years in GIS roles supporting utilities or infrastructure planning.

Skills Required

• ArcGIS, spatial databases, Python scripting, GPS data processing, cartographic design.

Competencies Required

• Attention to detail, spatial thinking, system integration, data accuracy.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Develop GIS web apps and dashboards for PCU staff and public access.
• Coordinate with survey and field teams for real-time data updates.
