Media Specialist

We are seeking a Programmatic Media Strategist to join our team and lead the development, execution, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns for key clients. This role will be responsible for building strategic media recommendations, managing programmatic investments, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to drive innovation across the digital advertising landscape. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with DSPs, ad-serving platforms, publisher partnerships, and programmatic campaign management, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across channels, audiences, and inventory sources. Analyze campaign performance, historical data, competitive insights, and industry trends to make strategic recommendations. Manage programmatic campaign activation, optimization, pacing, and performance against client KPIs. Oversee significant media budgets and make data-driven recommendations on allocation and investment decisions. Build and maintain relationships with publishers and technology partners, including negotiating Direct IOs, PMPs, inventory, pricing, and added value opportunities. Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and reporting using platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager 360, StackAdapt, Microsoft Power BI, and Adobe Analytics . Create client-facing reports and present performance insights and recommendations during weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings. Partner with creative teams to test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and ad formats. Identify and test emerging programmatic technologies, platforms, audiences, and inventory opportunities to improve campaign performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 1.5+ years of experience working within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, or StackAdapt . Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 or similar. Experience managing publisher relationships and negotiating programmatic deals including Direct IOs and PMPs. Strong understanding of programmatic strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and measurement. Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
