Asset Management Associate

Responsibilities Prepare monthly performance reporting vs. investment expectations; identify upside levers and risk items Review/spread property financials and validate key operating KPIs Compile monthly actionable asset reports and drive follow-through with operators Support the annual budget process (spreading budgets, growth assumptions, and annual planning meetings) Own day-to-day portfolio management and communication with third-party property managers Underwrite and prepare asset management committee memos for expansion, conversion, and value-add initiatives Support acquisition-to-AM transitions for newly acquired assets Assist with acquisition/disposition due diligence and ongoing asset-level analysis Handle information requests from lenders, insurers, and property managers Manage AM functions for an assigned regional portfolio; support ad hoc analyses as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Prior experience in real estate, investments, asset management, operations, or finance Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts; strong modeling hygiene) Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot patterns and improvement opportunities in data Highly detail-oriented; accuracy-focused while managing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable influencing third parties Self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment High integrity and intellectual curiosity #J-18808-Ljbffr
