To support a growing team, the part-time contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer will engage in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across various functions, including Engineering and Product, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners Source technical and specialized talent by understanding role requirements and leveraging diverse sourcing channels Utilize data and market intelligence to assess pipeline health and improve sourcing outcomes Required Qualifications 3+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology environments Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple functions such as Engineering and Product Strong research skills and familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional methods Proven ability to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach Collaborative working style with experience using sourcing platforms and ATS technology
