We're hiring for 3rd Shift Assembly Associates in Tampa. This position is currently working a temporary 6:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule through this Sunday before transitioning back to its regular Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shift starting Monday.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Current Schedule: Temporary 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (through this Sunday)
Regular Schedule Begins Monday: Sunday–Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Assemble foam packaging and wooden shipping crates according to work instructions
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
• Safely use hand tools, nail guns, drills, and other basic assembly tools
• Read and follow work orders and assembly instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed Qualifications
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools is required
• Ability to read a tape measure is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
