Part‑Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Provide In‑Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. Job Highlights The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication review, medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered, diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams or spirometry. Responsibilities Deliver in‑home health evaluations using an intuitive clinical workflow on an iPad; not required to prescribe medication or alter treatment regimens. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Travel locally and within licensed states, with flexibility to meet members nationwide. Provide diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry and diabetic eye exams as indicated. Qualifications Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s). Board certification required. Multi‑state licenses preferred. Ability to work in Manhattan and surrounding areas. Working Hours Part‑time – approximately 29.5 hours per week. Compensation Hourly rate: $46.03 – $99.14, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
