To support this growth, we built a new self‑service campaign management system, supporting both tech teams and marketers to launch hundreds of campaigns per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138,000 - $198,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google. Lead the Growth Platform campaign management roadmap to streamline campaign creation and management, enabling YouTube teams to launch campaigns at scale. Partner with engineering, UX, and marketing to build features that accelerate campaign launch velocity and onboard use cases. Work closely with entire growth platform team and vertical growth PMs to ensure tooling supports a myriad of growth use cases across the platform. Execute the roadmap for measuring campaign outcomes and educate users on best practices for campaign success.
