Job Responsibilities
- Provide nephrology care to adult patients with a focus on diabetes and hypertension-related kidney diseases.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 14 patients per day.
- Collaborate with nursing and technical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize existing nephrology templates and order sets within the EMR system for efficient workflow.
- Coordinate care with external dialysis centers as required.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
- Experience with managing chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and acute kidney injury (AKI) is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently use the EMR system.

- Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
