Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, integrating findings into tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that promote engagement, introspection, and behavioral change.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring a cohesive approach to care that aligns various therapeutic disciplines for the benefit of the client.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process to strengthen familial relationships during treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
