We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team and play a key leadership role in our growing tax practice.Offer:Salary: $110,000 to $150,000-Medical insurance-Vision insurance-Dental insurance-401(k)-Paid paternity leave-Tuition assistance-Paid maternity leaveKey Responsibilities:-Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.-Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients across a variety of industries.-Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.-Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.-Stay up to date with evolving tax laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.-Contribute to business development efforts, including expanding existing client relationships and supporting new opportunities.Qualifications:-CPA license required-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.-5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.-Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax laws.-Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
