- Licenses/Certifications: MN Physical Therapist license, BLS within 1 year of hire
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a health-related field with EMR familiarity (preferably Epic)
- Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Benefits: Sign-on bonus up to $10,000, comprehensive benefits (details provided during hiring process)
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
- Assist with occasional home health or SNF patient care
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in weekend rotation (every 6-7 weekends) and rare holiday shifts
- Engage with the local community, including school-based services if needed
- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 1 year of hire)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare settings
- Strong technical skills, including electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
- Adaptability, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
