Customer Service Representative

Our client in Broomall is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Job Details

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
$22/hr.
Casual Dress Code
Healthcare benefits after 30 days

Job Responsibilities

Ability to answer phones in a clear, friendly and professional manner
Assisting with customer request – Part Research, Availability, Order Processing, etc.
Generating purchase orders; processing payments and credits
Providing follow up and tracking upon request
Additional responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service / call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot or deescalate situations
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
