Job Summary

Seeking a Facilities Validation/Compliance Engineer with 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or facilities environment. The role focuses heavily on technical documentation, commissioning reports, facilities validation protocols, nonconformance investigations, and root cause analysis . The engineer will work closely with the Facility Manager to inspect site operations, identify compliance gaps, investigate facility-related issues, and implement improvement initiatives involving HVAC, pest control, equipment, and other building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review facility procedures, protocols, SOPs, and controlled documentation for proper execution and compliance.
• Develop and write commissioning reports, validation protocols, investigation reports, and technical documentation .
• Conduct facility inspections and evaluate building-related practices and processes.
• Investigate nonconformances and non-compliance issues , including HVAC controls, pest control, equipment, and other site-specific facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and document investigation findings and corrective actions.
• Partner with the Facility Manager to implement process improvements and resolve identified gaps.
• Maintain controlled documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, control plans, and risk-management documentation .
• Support verification and validation activities and participate in peer reviews.
• Evaluate potential impacts of proposed solutions on related facility systems and processes.
• Ensure facility protocols and documentation remain accurate, current, and properly executed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - any engineering discipline considered.
• 3+ years of engineering experience , preferably in a manufacturing facilities environment.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, investigations, and nonconformance resolution .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience reviewing and executing SOPs, protocols, and controlled documentation .
• Knowledge of facility/building systems , preferably including HVAC and related controls.
• Exposure to equipment, commissioning, validation, or facility engineering is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and execution capabilities.
