Position Overview FAMADEA is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the execution of its Summer Intensive, a three-week leadership and cultural institute for high school students. The Program Coordinator serves as the primary operational lead during program hours, ensuring a structured, organized, and high-quality experience for all Fellows. Compensation Competitive hourly or flat program rate (commensurate with experience) Requirements Ideal Candidate Experience in program coordination, education, or youth development Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional presence and sound judgment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment Key Responsibilities Manage daily program schedule and transitions Coordinate logistics for seminars, site visits, and activities Serve as on-site point of contact for operational needs Monitor student engagement and attendance Support communication across instructors and partners Address routine issues and elevate when necessary About the Company FAMADEA (Film Art Music and Dance Entrepreneurial Academy) is a leadership and cultural institute committed to developing high school students through rigorous, structured, and immersive learning experiences.
