Executive Vice President, Sales

Our client is a well-capitalized company with a broad portfolio of diversified and differentiated product offerings used in critical environments. The incoming Executive Vice President of Sales will need to bring a strong understanding of how to build, scale and lead a high‑performing commercial organization, ideally within a public or public‑ready environment. The company is entering a phase of significant growth, and this individual will play a key role in driving revenue strategy, expanding market share and building scalable go‑to‑market processes. Responsibilities Design and execute scalable go‑to‑market strategies. Lead and develop a high‑performing commercial organization. Drive revenue strategy and expand market share. Build and optimize scalable systems and processes for sales growth. Qualifications Experience selling complex, inventory‑heavy tech hardware solutions. Proven ability to build, scale and lead high‑performing commercial organizations. Strong data management skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities and cross‑departmental collaboration.
