Join Precious Little One Child Care Center as a Lead Preschool 3-Year-Old Teacher in Dallas, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a loving and engaging environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 3-year-old children.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and activities.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student development and growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience teaching preschool-aged children is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
