This position focuses on operational decision-making, staff supervision, inventory management, and team development to maintain smooth and efficient business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure service quality and efficiency
• Supervise and support a team of 1-10 employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory control and stock management
• Train and develop staff to enhance team performance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
