Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Attend hearings and communicate with courts as needed. Maintain effective communication with clients and team members. Collaborate with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. License to practice law in Illinois required. Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills. Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced environment. Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience preferred.
