About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Management Director to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client success through strategic partnerships and creative solutions, while also empowering and mentoring teams. This role requires a champion of innovation and organizational change, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and contributing innovative ideas. The VP, Management Director will be expected to own and manage multiple brands/accounts, develop a deep understanding of client categories, and guide internal teams through project plans and new media opportunities. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 10 years' experience in healthcare and pharma advertising/marketing, with a preference for those with previous medical communications experience. The role demands a leader with proven experience in managing high-performing teams, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong digital and technical skill set. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think critically, drive innovative solutions, and possess strong emotional intelligence and empathy to navigate complex team and client dynamics. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a commitment to ethical, responsible leadership are also essential.
