Project Manager (Contract) - US We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in the US. As a contract employee, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within given parameters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket for non-US citizens. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays and taking corrective action as needed Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates on project status Manage project budget including tracking expenses, approving expenditures, and ensuring cost efficiency Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards set by the client Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards a common goal Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects is preferred Familiarity with US regulations and procedures is an asset We offer competitive compensation of $1000 per week for this contract position. The successful candidate will also receive accommodation during their stay in the US.
