We are looking for a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them design the bathroom solution that best fits their needs. No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No self-generated leads. Our company provides qualified appointments so you can focus on what you do best- selling and closing. Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes. Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad. Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software. Present pricing and product options. Close sales and meet performance goals. Build strong relationships with homeowners. Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training. Follow our proven sales process and best practices. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and professional presentation style. Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined. Ability to work independently. Comfortable meeting customers in their homes. Strong closing and relationship-building skills. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required . Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.
